I’m totally exhausted.

Friday I went to Annie’s Annuals and then did some extreme gardening. Shifting SEVERAL loads of bricks, after first digging them out of the ground, may have been involved. The ceonothus, if it survives the move, should be a lot happier in the sunny front than it was in the shady side.

Saturday we went for a gorgeous hike. The wildflowers are still not really really out, but I could identify a lot after my wildflower hike when — was that last weekend?

Not sure any of these pictures actually do justice to the place. I want to go back — it’s huge, and there are many more trails.

At the moment, though, I can barely walk.

Ho hum.

  1. God, that’s gorgeous. It’s so exotic (to my eyes). I can see why film makers are based in CA. I can almost see the Hobbit peeking out.
